Vi hos Turbinehallen forstår seriøsiteten omkring COVID-19 og tager derfor vores gæsters tryghed alvorligt. Derfor har vi indført en række yderligere tiltag for at minimere smittespredningen, så vi igen kan invitere vores mange gæster indenfor – uden de skal bekymre sig om smitterisici.

Vi prioriterer vores gæsters ønsker og behov!

Nedenfor kan du læse mere om, hvordan COVID-19 har influeret os og kan influere dig og dine arrangementer.

Hvad du kan gøre som gæst!

  • Vi anbefaler selvfølgelig at alle vores gæster følger
    myndighedernes retningslinjer.
  • Husk at vaske hænder grundigt, ofte og spritte af.
  • Du kan EVT. bruge mundbind.
  • Nys og host i ærmet og ikke i hænderne.
  • Begræns fysisk kontakt.
  • Hold afstand og bed andre om at tage hensyn.
  • Hvis du er sygdomsramt eller udviser symptomer på Coronavirus,
    anbefaler vi, at du bliver hjemme.

Hvad vores personale gør!

Toiletter:

  • Vores personale sørger for grundig rengøring af toiletterne. Som minimum hver anden time. Desuden er vores toiletter udstyret med kontaktfri sæbedispenser samt håndklædepapir.
  • Kontaktfri dispenser med håndsprit findes ved ind- og udgang til toiletterne.

AV-udstyr:

  • Vi sørger for at AV-udstyr, såsom mikrofoner, presenter og laptop, er grundig rengjort inden arrangementets start.Derudover vil der være klude samt sprit til rådighed, så udstyr nemt kan desinficeres ved skift af oplægsholder.

Kontaktpunkter:

  • Samtlige kontaktpunkter, herunder bl.a. dørhåndtag og gelænder, bliver desinficeret umiddelbart inden arrangementets start. Vores personale sørger for at kontaktpunkterne bliver desinficeret med jævne mellemrum.

Hvad vi kan tilbyde under selveste arrangementer:

I Turbinehallen har vi sørget for at indføre nogle ekstra tiltag, for at du og dine gæster kan føle dig tryg under dit arrangement. Vores personale skal eksempelvis vaske hænder minimum hver time og må samtidig ikke have smykker på arme og hænder. Herudover har vi spritte-personale, som vil stå klar med håndsprit til dig og dine gæster, og som har til opgave at spritte kontaktpunkter, såsom dørhåndtag og gelænder, af både inden, under og efter arrangementet.

Vi sørger for at der er afstand mellem stolene, at der findes håndsprit i berøringsfri dispensere både inde- og udenfor. For at mindske smittespredning er der mulighed for at få portionsanlagte tallerkner i stedet for buffet. Disse portionsanlagte tallerkner får nogle udleveringsstationer, da vi på denne måde undgår direkte kontakt. I forbindelse med dette vil vores personale sørge for personlig udskænkning af kaffe og isvand.

Annullering af events samt afbestillingsvilkår:

For at imødekomme markedets usikkerhed om, hvad fremtiden bringer, har vi for en begrænset periode ændret vores afbestillingsvilkår. De er som følgende:

Grundet særlige omstændigheder i forbindelse med Covid-19 samt regeringens midlertidige påbud om større forsamlinger, kan arrangement omkostningsfrit afbestilles frem til 14 dage før arrangementets startdato.

Afbestilling af, indtil 10 % af det i ordrebekræftelsens anførte deltagerantal, kan ske omkostningsfrit indtil 5 dage før arrangementsdagen. Derefter faktureres afmeldte eller udeblevne deltagere til fuld pris. Ved afbestilling, som altid skal ske skriftligt, forstås annullering, reduktion, afkortning, omplacering og lign. væsentlige ændringer i henhold til ordrebekræftelsen. Vi gør opmærksom på, at overstående priser er udregnet på baggrund af det oplyste deltagerantal.

Til afrunding vil vi selvfølgelig klargøre, at dine ønsker og din tryghed som gæst hos Turbinehallen er en prioritet og vi derfor meget gerne vil høre om dine bekymringer og tanker i forhold til situationen og derved samarbejde, så vi kan udvikle et sikkert arrangement der opfylder dine ønsker og behov.

We at Turbinehallen understand the seriousness surrounding COVID-19, which is why our guest’s safety is just as important to us. In addition to the situation we have made sure to introduces a number of additional measures to minimize the risks behind COVID-19, so that we are able to invite our many guests back inside – without them having to be concerned nor worry about infection risks.

Underneath you will be able to read more about how COVID-19 has affected us and how it can affect you and your upcoming events.

What you can do as a guest!

  • We recommend that all of our guests follow the authority’s guideline.
  • Remember to wash your hands thoroughly and frequently
    and to use hand sanitizer
  • You can use af face mask as well.
  • Sneeze and cough in your sleeves and not in your hands.
  • Limit physical contact.
  • Keep a distance and ask of others to do the same.
  • If you have any symptoms, we recommend that you stay at home
    and take care of yourself.

What our staff does!

Restrooms:

  • Our staff makes sure that our restrooms are thoroughly cleaned at least every second hour. In addition, our restrooms are equipped with contactless soap dispenser and towel paper.
  • Contactless dispensers with hand sanitizers will be found at the entrance and exit of the restrooms as well.

AV-Equipment:

  • We make sure that our AV-Equipment, such as microphone, presenter and laptops, are cleaned before the event begins. Washcloths and hand sanitizer will be available if needed.

Contact points:

  • Several contact points, such as doorknobs and railings, will be disinfected before the event and regularly through the event.

What we can offer during your event:

In Turbinehallen, we have made sure to introduce some extra measures so that you and your guests can feel safe during your event. Our staff has to wash their hands at least every hour, and they aren’t allowed to wear bracelets, watches, rings as such as well. In addition, we have staff who will be ready with hand sanitizer for you and your guests, and who have the task of disinfecting contact points, such as doorknobs and railings, both before, during and after the event.

We will make sure that there is plenty of distance between the chairs, that contactless dispensers with hand sanitizer can be found both in- and outside. To reduce the spread of infection, we have made it possible to get portioned plates instead of buffets. These portioned plates will have a specific hand out station, so that direct contact is avoided. In addition to this our staff will be serving coffee and water.

Cancellation of events and cancellation policy:

To address the market’s uncertainty about what the future holds, we have changed our cancellation policy for a limited time. They are as follows:

Due to special circumstances in connection with Covid-19 as well as the government’s temporary order for larger assemblies, the event can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the start date of the event.

Cancellation of up to 10 % of the number of participants stated in the order confirmation, can happen five days before the event free of charge. Unregistered or absent participants will then be invoiced at full price. Cancellation, which must always be made in writing, means cancellation, reduction, shortening, relocation and any other significant changes according to the order confirmation.

We would like to point out that the prices above are calculated on the basis of the stated number of participants.

To round off, would we like to make it clear that your wishes and your security as a guest at Turbinehallen is a priority and we therefore would very much like to hear about your concerns and thoughts in relation to the situation and thereby cooperate, so we can develop a safe event that meets your wishes and needs.
